Sorry I missed the weigh-in yesterday. Back on track today!
4 weeks in and I’ve lost 36.6 lbs. Overall, I’m happy with how things are going.
Over 35 lbs lost so far!
Late weigh-in today due to family time.
Still going. I might have to change things up a little for the sake of variety. Details later.
Another pound down.
Things seem to be going well, but stabilizing. I think the crazy 2+ pound-in-a-day losses are over. 1-2 lbs per week is what is recommended, so I seem to be on track for that. This is definitely a win.
I’ll take it.
So, I’ve been at this for 3 weeks, and I’m still feeling good overall.
I’ve averaged 10.13 lbs of weight loss per week, despite having a few setback days. I don’t really feel hungry, and have, on one occasion, forgotten a meal altogether.
I need to keep my water intake up, though.
